I really like the way Dr. Praytor works - his approach, patience, and ability to listen to parents (even despite my limited spoken English, for example). But it seems he might need to change the place where he works (Pleasantburg). I don’t know if his nurse treats everyone this terribly or just us, but I felt humiliated every time after talking to her. I have 4 boys and Dr. Praytor has cared for them all for years. My oldest is autistic and Dr. Praytor has always recommended, referred, and supported us in every way possible.

Dr. Praytor spends a lot of time with each of my children during their appointments… Whether it be for a sick visit or a well visit, we never feel rushed.
