Excellent chiropractor. I have lower back issues(3-herniated discs). For months I was in pain and I went to a few different chiropractors with no luck. I found Dr. Grable on Google and made an appointment. After the examination and adjustment he explained that a few simple stretches and exercises would resolve my issue. I started the stretches and exercises that night and immediately my pain was gone. If anyone is looking for a good chiropractor in New Paltz go see Dr. Grable!!
Returning patient. He’s very down to earth , and informative. Truly wants the best for you, you to feel better, and explains everything thoroughly. He previously fixed my issue and will fix my current one as after one visit I’m pain free and feel a huge difference. I haven’t felt this good in years. My past experiences with Chiropractors has been marginal at best, so it took a lot of convincing for me to give it another try. I am so glad I did. Not only did Dr. Grable accommodate my hectic schedule, but he took the time to thoroughly explain the causes and solutions to my many aches and pains.
