I have been going to Dr. Gowen for years. We travel 2 hours to get our exams done. He is very personable and knowledgeable. We have gone to other places and were never pleased.. Thank you Dr. Gowen and staff! B. Wilson
This was the best eye exam visit I've ever had. The receptionist was friendly and made eye contact while she spoke to me. The assistant explained what we were to do and answered my questions and concerns. Dr. Gowen was thorough and understanding since I had a migraine the day of my exam.
Very pleased. Needed new glasses quickly and he got me in for exam in just a few minutes. Cleared payment through my insurance with no problem. Will definitely be back.
