I highly recommend JAG Real Estate. My sister is currently living in one of their buildings and has had a very positive experience. The property is well maintained and the management is helpful and professional. I recently submitted an application for an apartment that is currently under renovation, and I truly hope to have the opportunity to rent with them. I went down there, saw an apartment, filled out an app, talked to the owner, was asked do I have the money to move in, I said yes. They never called me back or called any of my references. You tell me how that works?

I went in to look at apartments. The first woman I spoke with was very nice and welcoming. Unfortunately, the second woman was the complete opposite extremely rude and unprofessional. The service was terrible. I would not recommend this place. The staff was disrespectful, and there was a man yelling and dropping F-bombs, which was completely inappropriate and uncomfortable. Horrible customer service. Extremely rude staff. I went to look at apartments and there was a man screaming and cursing, creating a terrible environment. I genuinely felt unsafe being there. The overall atmosphere was unprofessional and unsettling. The women at the front desk were also very rude and dismissive. I would strongly recommend staying far awaythis place is bad news.

Absolute horrible man who doesn’t keep buildings up to code and will do anything to pay the least amount of money and not be responsible for it. Do not rent from him!! You’ll regret it.
