I went in to look at apartments. The first woman I spoke with was very nice and welcoming. Unfortunately, the second woman was the complete opposite extremely rude and unprofessional. The service was terrible. I would not recommend this place. The staff was disrespectful, and there was a man yelling and dropping F-bombs, which was completely inappropriate and uncomfortable. Horrible customer service. Extremely rude staff. I went to look at apartments and there was a man screaming and cursing, creating a terrible environment. I genuinely felt unsafe being there. The overall atmosphere was unprofessional and unsettling. The women at the front desk were also very rude and dismissive. I would strongly recommend staying far awaythis place is bad news.
Absolute horrible man who doesn’t keep buildings up to code and will do anything to pay the least amount of money and not be responsible for it. Do not rent from him!! You’ll regret it.
This was horrible customer service. I’ve been very respectful towards all of them in the office and got back some of the rudest remarks you could get. My recommendation is not to go here as well as a bunch of others! Save your troubles and go somewere else!
