Dr Giamelli is the most compassionate and professional doctor for my special needs daughter who has multiple heart issues . She had a sad repaired and later found her HCM . We miss him now that she is a adult
Dr. Giamelli has been taking care of our son since he was 4 days old and has performed 5 successful heart procedures so far. He has always been great over the past 8 years and is also on the younger side of life meaning he will be around for a long time to take care of your child too. A recent review said he had poor bedside manners, but we have not experienced that at all. Joseph Giamelli asked too many questions all at once and not giving me chance to explain. He was checking my child, Meanwhile I was on my phone, and he started to talk, I thought he was talking to my child, and he said it very rudely that are you paying Attention, and I told that I thought you are talking to my kid, and then he raised his hand and did A go away sign towards my child. After following my daughter heart condition from birth I was very scared to hear she needed surgery. The Dr. was very kind and he explained everything to my family. I felt very comfortable with Dr. Giamelli performing the procedure.
