I have had nothing but positive experiences with Dr Garcia. He listens, responds, is attentive, always ask if I have questions and professional. His staff is attentive and pleasant.
We had an appointment and I wasn't expecting to be seen on time. However we ended up waiting forty-five minutes. Dr. García was kind and helpful. Once our appointment was over we headed to the front desk to pay for the visit, the front desk clerk couldn't charge us because the visit wasn't in the system yet. We tried to talk to the nurse when she came to grab another patient, but she was waiting for Dr. García to give her the information. Dr. Garcia was the first doctor that made me feel seen and heard with my recurring tonsillitis problems. He gave me a solution rather than saying, "SOL, here's some antibiotics." I wish he wasn't booked out as much as he is but it's definitely for good reason.
