Everyone has their own idea of a great medical practice. Whatever your criteria is, I can't imagine Dr. Magnant not rating in the top 1%. As impressive as the doc is, his staff makes the difference between a great doctor and a great medical practice. After today's visit, special kudos to Rachelle and Christina.
The staff and doctor were very professional the procedure that I had done was done quickly and professionally. I was very happy with the service of the staff and Dr.
Dr. Magnant combines a depth of knowledge and experience. His diagnosis and surgical skills in my case freed me from months of pain ,stiffness, and lack of mobility. Being a physician I am very particular who I see. Dr. Magnant and his team run a first class operation. His team is efficient and pleasant. I was well taking care of. Fort Myers is lucky to have a physician of this high caliber in their community.
For the past 6 years, my legs have become a problem: ankles and calves swollen twice their normal size, large protruding varicose veins, a dark blue-black-red band encircling the lower portion of one leg covering about 24 square inches of skin, heavy achiness and throbbing, and restless legs when trying to sleep. The office staff made me feel like we were friends. Lots of cheerful smiles; no condescending “honey” or “my dear”. This practice understands that the front office sets the tone for the whole office visit. I did find that 4 reminders for my upcoming appointment was excessive - annoying, but I can understand that they need to protect themselves from no-shows. I haven’t completed any treatment yet so I can’t speak to the clinical part of the practice.
Dr. Magnate is very proficient and his bedside manner is unparalleled. Thoroughly explains procedures and never seems rushed. I highly recommend this practice.
