The waiting room isn't the best. It is so cramped that you can smell the persons breath next to you. The waiting room is very dirty and no one should be allowed to sit in its poor conditions. Also, the waiting time is CRAZY! I spent about 4 hours waiting for my name to be called just for an appointment. I don't know what they're are doing in there but they need to develop some kind of proper customer service because what they have going on isn't effective. But Dr. Joseph is a great doctor.
