Update: Revised this review after the owner called in response to my previous 1 star review. The company did attempt to reach out to me but their email failed to send. I appreciate that they reached out, I'm sympathetic to the issue they encountered and obviously its not the outcome either party wanted. --- While I was away in from home in Australia, wanted to send my wife (Who couldn't come and is in Toronto) flowers. Picture 1 - I ordered. Pictures 2 and 3 - I received. Different vase and different flowers and looks like a half of what is on picture 1 (on their website) for that price. Nice birthday gift
Service was great, the staff are very friendly! I loved my arrangement and it was very long lasting! I will be ordering in the future.

Wonderful place! I’ve ordered flowers from here twice now, first was for valentines and second was for my grandfather when his partner passed. Very timely and the flowers were absolutely beautiful, delivered with the utmost care. They also lasted weeks! I was very impressed with their care and consideration.
