Hired Jeremy Joseph of Joseph Family Law for my custody case and would not recommend him. Progress on the case was consistently slow — filings and required actions dragged on far longer than they should have. Service on the other party was mishandled, which created avoidable delays. Most seriously, when the other party repeatedly violated court orders, he failed to take any real corrective action to hold them accountable, leaving the violations unaddressed. Jeremy Joseph and his team provided excellent representation through a 6 month Domestic Violence Restraining Order including a 3 day trial. The false allegations against me were extremely serious and Jeremy established in Court that these allegations were false. The Court essentially adopted all of Jeremy’s arguments in more than 20 pages of rulings. My daughter and I are extremely happy to be fully reunited after a difficult custody case. Jeremy and his team did a fantastic job with my custody dispute involving a very serious situation with my daughter. He handled the high conflict part of it very well and in a short period of time, Jeremy settled the case with a stipulation that included my entire custody request, despite my ex wife being very difficlut to work with.
