Extremely professional. Joe came in, quoted, and was able to repair in a timely fashion. His rate was very reasonable considering his experience and and skill. I’ll be going to him for all my future needs.
You can always rely on his work to last. And he'll schedule jobs on weekends. Not inexpensive. Well worth the price. He's also not afraid of historic/vintage fixtures. He "loves" our 1960s boiler. Update: a couple months ago our water heater went out, on a Friday. He had it replaced within 24 hours. I don't know if he does that for everyone, but that makes at least 3 weekend jobs for us.
