I got my "free" cleaning from my insurance---but now I'm getting a notice from an attorney that I owe $104.00. I never recieved a bill. I got a notice from a debt collector--I told them that I had a free cleaning. They told me to contact the office. There was no answer both times I tried contacting. I have 8 teeth on the bottom and the free cleaning from insurance was to cover the bottom row. Total lack of communication somewhere. Had work done there before, and had set up payments.
