I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this eye doctor’s office. The doctor was extremely nice, incredibly knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He paid great attention to detail, was very thorough, and never made me feel rushed at any point. It was genuinely a pleasurable visit from start to finish. I have always enjoyed going to Dr. Osmanski because he is so kind and does a good job of checking my eyes. But I am now leaving 2 stars because of my experience with getting glasses. I needed glasses and the lady that was suppose to help me was not very pleasant at all. I finally picked out a frame and paid and was told it would be about 6 days for me to get them, not a problem. I've been seeing Dr. Osmanski for close to 40 years. I started seeing him in Chepachet when I could walk to his office as a teenager. Then, after a lapse (I moved out of state after college), I went to the North Providence office. He's very knowledgeable, always polite, and ready to help. When my mom was having some issues, he saw her and referred her to another doctor. Not long after, she was diagnosed with a brain tumor that was impacting her optical nerve. Wonderful doctor; helpful and patiently answers questions and explains clearly. He ensures you understand. Very personable too. At times one may feel anxious about the changes occurring, and Dr Osmanski will use himself as an example of one who can empathize because of similar experience. I recommend him highly if you are looking for an optometrist. His staff is always very professional.
