Before finding Dr. Medina I was struggling to walk and lift my arms higher than my shoulders and constantly in much discomfort. It has been almost 2 months and there is definitely improvement. This is a process and will take some time but with the changes thus far I know I’m on my way to feeling great! Dr. Medina explains things so you understand and listens to what you have to say. I would highly recommend!
Seeking care from Dr. Joe has been such a blessing to my family. Dr Medina was recommended to me by a friend. I had no major issues but I wanted help in balancing out my cycle before I go into pre menopausal & just a few month in I can already tell quite a difference in my cycle along with my mood swings I was getting before & during my cycle. I can’t recommend this place enough! I always struggled with menstrual cramps and around a year ago they became significantly worse to the point of fainting a couple times. I was taking up to 16 pain killers a day to bear the pain for the first three to four days of having my periods and I knew this was not ok but I had no idea where to go for help as I had checked into going the medical route but all they had to offer was birth control pills which I was not interested in.
