Worse experience ever! Staff is careless as well as the DR. Since I made my appointment they knew I had no surgery coverage and that I was searching for other options. He decided to spent the appointment time talking about surgery and filling out referrals for me to get things done even when he knew I had no coverage. Contacted this doctors office took a few months to get an appointment and referral in order to go see him about maintaining my lap band. Upon my arrival, I was told that even though I had discussed it with the receptionist and the nurses several times that they did not do fills for lap bands. The dr said he would be happy to remove my lap band but he was not allowed to tell me before my appointment that he did not do fills and lap bands. What a waste of time.
