At his office staff failed to contact Humana to schedule my first injection. After 10 days and a 45 minute recording with his staff transferring me from place to place without any results, I was finally able to get an appointment. The staff entered my address incorrectly and had me labeled as needing to pay my bill. I did not receive one bill to pay.
