Good communication by Joseph Douglas throughout the project. We are extremely pleased with the overall results of the project.
They built a house for us almost 5 years ago. There were some challenges. Make sure everything is in writing, no verbal promises because they tend to forget those. Overall team was helpful but overall experience could have been much better. I don't know how much they have improved in last 5 years, but I hesitate to recommend them
