Last weekend my diamond fell out of my engagement ring that was set by DiMaggio Jewelers in Grosse Pointe 😞 I was devastated, and throughly disgusted after DiMaggio Jewelers told my husband and I to come in and then proceeded to tell us aggressively that “it wasn’t his fault and for us to go to another jeweler and we would see it wasn’t his fault!” He also told us to “get the $&@? out and not to ruin his day!” Horrible customer service!
