We've been a customer of Joseph DeWaard's State Farm Insurance for the past 4-years. He and his team have taken care of us with our home and auto insurance. Most recently, we've been working with Account Manager, Jin Noh who helped us update our insurance policy and answered our questions on getting additional coverage. We've been very pleased with their knowledge and customer service.
I have been a customer of State Farm for many years and have consistently had positive experiences. Jin Noh has been particularly helpful, assisting me with a recent car accident, from initiating my claim to transferring my new car onto a plan. I would give a five-star rating.
So glad I found James at State Farm in Ballard. I was originally assigned another agent with my online quote, but James was much more helpful, quick to respond, and genuinely kind. He thoroughly explained my options and made the whole thing surprisingly easy. Highly recommend working with him and the people at this office!
