The quality of JD built has really gone downhill. Speaking with multiple agents in the 78704, they all unilaterally advised against purchasing any of their properties which there be are 7 unsold after the Covid rush. Stonehaven at 2601 Barton Hills is a great example of how they wanted to take advantage of the consumer by listing it at millions overpriced. These houses lack total regard for the communities in which they build. The design of these homes is not much different than putting a bunch of shipping containers upon each other.
Ugly box dental office like structures. Totally tear up streets - noregard for neighbors. Take years on projects.
