I was waiting at Englewood Hospital 15 minutes before my MRI on anti-anxiety medication prescribed by ENT & Allergy Associates when I was told that they never received the prescription from ENT of Hackensack or the pre-approval from insurance. Having scheduled MRI's before I knew that I could not schedule the MRI without it from the ENT. we booked an appointment for a specific time for 2 family members. When we came to be seen the receptionist at the front desk, Dana in the Williamsburg office informed us that the 2 appointments are scheduled for 2 different days. We explained that this was a error on the Office staff part, she knew that but didn't take responsibility. We left w/o having both members see the doctor. Very unprofessional service.

I received good and friendly medical treatment and service for my allergies from Dr. Mithani and her staff for more than a year. I requested the same for my two minor children - as they were suffering from what we suspect were allergies. Then things fell apart. My wife had no trouble making appointments for our two children over the phone.
