I have been a patient of Dr.Joseph’s for 10 months and have received outstanding care. He is very knowledgeable, caring and listens with intent. As a nurse myself, I would recommend him to anyone. His office staff are also amazing!
Dr Jerschow has always been respectful and very helpful! You can’t really blame her for being rushed or telehealth but overall she was awesome! My allergies have gotten much much better under her care and guidance
Dr. Jerschow is very knowledgeable. She had a calm, peaceful and intuitive presence. She listened and asked pertinent questions and engaged me in the course of action. Her care and concern were very reassuring. Dr. Jershow was prompt at my scheduled appointments. Because she is highly qualified and genuinely cares, the concern I had for 2.6 years was resolved without stress and without unnecessary tests and screenings.
Initial appointment was scheduled as an in office visit on 1/5/2022. Received a call one day before appointment, missed called at that, and voicemail directed that appointment would be conducted via telehealth. When I called in for my telehealth appointment Dr. Jerschow was in her car driving! so unprofessional and should be a violation of HIPPA. She didn't listen to my concerns, nor wanted to understand what I was asking to be done in my plan of care, which was to order basic blood work. I figured she had looked at my chart... read more
Terrible. He is so arrogant. His way or the highway My First experience with this after Years at the Mayo. Pain Management and NO compassion!!! Offered. When told injections were out of the question due to cardiac concerns he still continued with that course of treatment, Asked to have new tests done he said no ? Not usual Mayo protocol ,, came in with pain and Hope. Left in Pain. No hope ! Disappointed for the first time at the Fl Mayo .
I had a video appointment scheduled for tomorrow morning at 8 45. No one explained how this works to me at the referring office. I thought it was like duo. At 6:16 tonight, I got a robot call telling me that I need an app to do the meeting. Doesn't tell me how or where to get this app, just agree or cancel. Since I know nothing about the app, I had to cancel. It would have been nice to speak with a person so I could ask questions. My experience with Dr. Tolaymat has been at the highest level of professionalism. I am dealing with Eczema on my hand, it has been very difficult. I love to play golf and this condition has made playing a less fun endeavor. Doctor Tolaymat's Caring and most sincere demeanor has made this process much more comfortable and reassuring that we will find a solution. Dr. Tolayamat is very professional with exceptional diagnostic skills. Most importantly , she is a great listener and asked the right questions. I highly recommend her particularly if you are dealing with long standing medical problems that other physicians have not been able to resolve .
