Dr. Summers has refused to sign my brothers death certificate for over a month now! This is causing extreme hardship on our family. We cannot close my brothers affairs, and we will not have Chris's remains in time for the memorial. I am contacting legal counsel today in this regard. Terrible Doctor, refusing to help the family in this regard... in violation of Maricopa County Law too.
Dr Summers is the best and most caring doctor I've ever had.
