I have had several procedures with Dr. Fortin. What I appreciate most is the time and care taken to first identify the real problem. The Orthopedist moved immediately toward recommending joint replacement. Thankfully, Dr. Fortin did not "drink the Kool-Aide" the rest of the doctors have and recommended conservative stem cell treatment. Dr. Fortin and staff are timely, thorough, and concerned about your well being. Where traditional medicine can make you feel like you are a number or statistic, Dr. Fortin and staff take the time to understand your condition. Individualize treatment that will assist your body in healing itself. My knee feels better than it has in years after treatment with Dr. Fortin. I highly recommend STAR and Dr. Fortin!

Dr. Fortin and Kate took their time and expertise in helping me with chronic neck pain due to arthritis. I found them to be very thorough & honest in helping me find relief through pain injections and prescribing a physical therapy program. I was referred to Dr. Fortin by another Pain Dr approx. 3 years ago. I asked the referring pain Dr why he was referring me to another Pain Doctor. The referring pain Dr explained that Dr Fortin was the best lower pain Dr in the area! The referring Dr also told me that I needed stem cell injections to improve my lower back issues! I have had several stem cell injections! I am now Snow Skiing better than I have in 10 years! My Ski Buddies now say I'm a MEDICAL MIRACLE!!
An MRI and ultra sound showed that I had a full tear and 3partial rotator cuff tears on my left shoulder and 3partial tears on right rotator cuff/shoulder. I had 8 months of constant pain and restricted range of motion. It has now been 4 months since the regenerative procedures and I have done physical therapy 2x a week since then, with 2weeks to go. I am very well satisfied with my recovery. Dr Fortin and his staff are friendly, communicative, and very professional.
Dr Fortin & his staff spent so much time making sure I understood everything about my condition and how best to help. I never felt pressured. I am so glad I found Spine Technology & Rehab. For the first time in years, my back is pain free!
Dr. Fortin, Katie, and the entire staff have been incredible to work with. I was struggling with pain in my back which radiated to my hip, butt, groin, hamstring, and foot for 4 years without knowing the source of my pain or cause. Their detective work and patience with me has been awesome. With their help, I am able to walk again pain free and wrestle with my kids pain free.
