Dr. Fortin and his staff have been super. I have seen him off and on for several years to care for my chronic low back pain and left leg pain. I do not agree with the previous review. I never have to wait more than 5-10 minutes for office visits but some times have to wait about an hour for surgical procedure (which I would expect). Beacuse I used to work in the health care field, I think the other reviewer did not get what they wanted such as pain medications which would make him/her upset with their service. The support staff are very unprofessional. They are demeaning and rude. I waited on average 2 hours per appointment and when I asked to reschedule I was told I would be chargerd $200! The Dr. himself is arogant and I will never be back. I strongly recommend ANY other Dr.
