Our teenage son was visibly crooked with one shoulder higher than the other because he was so far out of alignment. He had been complaining of back pain for years. Dr. Joe is kind, knowledgeable, and truly cares about his patients. He takes his time and gets to the root of the issue. Our son is doing great now. His shoulders are aligned, his back is aligned and no more back pain. I can't say enough good things about him.

I had ruptured deisc in my back w/ laminectomy at age 31. I had been in constant pain since. I am now 48. I would occassionally take ibuprophen for the pain. I lived with it, succuming to the fact that I would have to lived in pain. I went as a referral. HOLY COW!! after 2months I became pain free. They had educational and interesting magazines, which made my time waiting for my son to get done nice . The office was easy enough to find. The Dr. was very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. It's always nice to have comfortable chairs to sit in while you are waiting to visit the chiropractor. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.
Dr. Joe provides a more comprehensive care package than any other chiropractor we have ever been to. After my sister was referred to Dr. Joe for an acute issue, I went to see him and then my husband also went for an evaluation. We are all extremely pleased with his care, and are glad to be seeing a chiropractor who considers the whole picture.
