Quality of the work was good. We were shocked to see him rinse out his grout bucket in our kitchen sink after I told him where the garden hose was.
Business response:
I used the garden hose to rinse my tools and bucket of thinset. No harm, wear, or mess came from any rinsing at the kitchen sink.

Good work
He didn't mention that he was driving up from Sarasota during the phone quote process & that travel time was included in the total hours of work. So, I ended up with a job that cost me $100 more than expected. It was good quality work but he took calls while he was on the job & didn't clarify whether those calls were during drying or curing time either. He just took them & spent some time on the phone twice.
Joe is an exceptional craftsman, provided excellent service and also some additional information as we consider to further revitalize our kitchen. Our corian counter tops look like they were newly installed and we could not be happier.
Very honest
The task that I asked Joe to do was not the usual counter top situation. It required a trim so that my new wine cooler would fit the opening. The cooler was 1/2 inch taller. He took one look at the counter and said lets make this work. I liked his attitude and his workmanship. A big thanks to Joe.
Joe gave us several options for installing our new sink and restoring a corian countertop. The job required the removal of an epoxy finish that had been applied to the countertop. The finished product overall exceeded our expectations.
Joe came promptly took the time to examine the problem and suggested several ways to repair it. He was upfront with his pricing and completed the work in a very professional manner. I would certainly hire him again for any tile or granite work.
