Horrible!!! Do yourself a favor and sell your home on your own. Joe and his team did nothing to help me out once my home was under contract. Thankfully I had an amazing lawyer that walked me through the items that they were supposed to have done for me. They basically got 5% of my proceeds for no reason! Save yourself a ton of aggravation and avoid this company at all costs!!
Simply put, Joe and his team knocked it out of the park for my family. When I received a job offer that required me to move out of state, I didn't know where to start I needed someone that would make selling my home in NJ seamless and a referral for an agent in Virginia that I could trust to guide me in my home buying journey 4 states away in an area I knew nothing about.
