I had a really great experience working with Joe’s assistant Avarie. She was great at communicating every little thing I had to do, being a first time homebuyer she made the whole process very simple and easy for me to understand. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home!
Horrible!!! Do yourself a favor and sell your home on your own. Joe and his team did nothing to help me out once my home was under contract. Thankfully I had an amazing lawyer that walked me through the items that they were supposed to have done for me. They basically got 5% of my proceeds for no reason! Save yourself a ton of aggravation and avoid this company at all costs!!
Simply put, Joe and his team knocked it out of the park for my family. When I received a job offer that required me to move out of state, I didn't know where to start I needed someone that would make selling my home in NJ seamless and a referral for an agent in Virginia that I could trust to guide me in my home buying journey 4 states away in an area I knew nothing about. Hands down this is the guy you want on your side. Joe was a pleasure to work with! He is truly a dedicated agent who is very knowledgeable about NJ and super thorough when viewing any home we walked into. Joe sold our house within the first week of listing it and helped us find our forever home! He was always able to schedule viewings for all the places we wanted to see, even on short notice. I would highly recommend Joe to anyone looking to purchase or sell their home!
