I currently live in New Jersey and I was responsible for selling a home in Maryland. Mr Ciganek came highly recommended to me by my lawyer, and now I see why. As a realtor he was very professional, very responsive and dependable. As a genuinely good person he was extremely helpful in all stages of getting the house sold. I am so pleased with his work and now I also highly recommend him!

Joey Ciganek is great to work with! He is responsive, honest, and great at communicating. I started to work with him as a buyer, then shifted to looking for a rental. Joey has been quick to show me properties and get information about listings. He has provided me with a list of lenders and has been forthright in keeping me realistic about the current market. Although I found a private rental through a friend, I will not hesitate to work with Joey in the future when I'm ready to buy. I highly recommend him.

As a 1st time seller, Joey's knowledge of the market was incredibly helpful. He guided me and my mother through the selling process with ease. Joey is a phenomenal realtor. He's incredibly patient and helpful. He won't hesitate to tell you if something is an objectively bad idea and he can tell you why. Joey worked with us for about 6 months on a very difficult home purchase and he made it all come together. Gave us excellent referrals for many of our home needs. Despite his younger age than most realtors, he is incredibly knowledgeable and is quick to find information he does not yet possess.
