I have been purchasing cars (only with Joseph) for over 35 years. I called about a car online. I waited over 3 calendar days to get a price. I wasn't exactly wishing to purchase a car during this time but my daughter's car was involved in an accident (not her fault) and totaled. Joseph Chevrolet pulled a bait and switch on my son. He went to look at a used car and was shown another one that was $3000 more. It was listed at a decent price and my son decided he would buy it. He needed to borrow the extra cost of this car. When he was invoiced, the dealer had tacked on $3000 extended warranty to the price. The base price was $2000 more than the advertised price, which the dealer called “market value adjustment,” and told my son this was usual practice and part of the fees and taxes.
