My mother has been going to Dr. Carrington for several years. In one year we have called the Office Manager 5 or 6 times, she refuses to call us back. Scheduled a CAT scan for my mom, but never told her why or where. Got a call asking why she missed it, when we never knew about it. Tried to call the nurse about it and was told she would call back, 3 days later, no call. Dr. Carrington and his team have done a great job handling my asthma. They are responsive and listen. I can recommend him to my family and friends.
