We brought our five month old to Mr. Carrilo a few days ago for this second round of vaccines. We left the office thinking everything was fine. We recieved a call from Mr. Carrilo on our way home and he informed us that his medical assistant (who claimed falsely to be a nurse) have our baby boy a vaccine that was meant for 16 year old and older.
