Such a nice experience with very nice, well informed staff.
Took my Mother to see Dr.Joesph and we absolutely LOVE him & his staff! I will say he is VERY blunt but sometimes that is needed and truthfully I would rather a Dr be honest than hide medical conditions. At least we know what to expect. Anytime I have a concern or question him or his staff gladly answer them or explain them further to us. Excellent bedside manner and truthfully a caring doctor which is extremely rare these days!
Dr. Joseph Carmel and his staff are the best. I drove to North Carolina to help my daughter after she lost sight in one of her. After arriving I realized that an upper respiratory infection was not going away and I was getting worse. I tried Urgent Care locally but the prescribed medication did not help. I continue to get worse. I called Dr. Joseph's office and explained what was happening. They returned my call sooner than expected. And began to ask questions. PA J. Dr. Joseph gave me his full attention and expertise in discussing my health issue. He gave me great information and I left with a good handle on next steps. The office staff and nurses were equally as helpful and positive.
