I agree with the other negative reviews here. Through 2 phone calls I told the staff I had a back and hip issue. One staff member told me that he does in-fact work on the back. With an attitude the dr. informed me, “well I don’t work on the back”. While sobbing in pain during the appointment, I was asked by the doctor what meds I had taken. As I was in excruciating pain and it took me a moment to gather my thoughts, he aggressively said, Just tell me what you’ve taken. This is important for me to know!. The entire process went great.Dr Cappadona took the time to accurately diagnose my issue, came up with a conservative plan and when we exhausted all options I had my surgery. I completely trust my Dr.The office staff is the best.I have referred family members and teammates with shoulder issues.

Not so sure about what occurred when seeing this doctor. . I was told he would refer me to an ankle surgeon if I needed surgery. I thought he was an ankle surgeon. Then he told me he was a sports doctor....well I tore my achilles tendon during a step class at the gym so it is a sports injury. I felt rushed when I was explaining where the pain was. I was prescribed medicine and told to buy gel insoles and the visit was over. Hopefully the medication does the trick and I won't have to go back.

Dr Cappadona took care of my daughters ankle fracture. His bedside manner was Grade A in my book. He took the time to explain the fracture and was able to communicate with my daughter effectively and age appropriately. I would highly recommed him for anyone that is looking to have comprehensive compassionate care.

I found Dr. Cappadona to be a bit too unprofessional, with the bedside manor of a wet noodle. He clearly doesnt care about his patients. There are many other doctors out there... I'd pick another one.

Cappadonna is rude and inefficient. He thinks nothing of making patients wait over an hour for their scheduled appointment. He will reprimand patients if they don't have certain information in hand and then cares little if he makes patients wait days to get their information returned. He speaks vaguely in medical terms that are inaccessible to the patient. His office staff are incompetent and inefficient as well. He is horrid.
