We paid cash for a 2018 Crosstrek for our 17 year old son. All we asked was that they throw in a dumb sunshade to protect the interior of the car as he would often be parked outside. Both my husband and I understood this to be part of the agreement. We also understood as part of the agreement, that I would need to return to Joseph Subaru to pick up a second key as the original second key had gone missing (That says something, now doesn't it?). They have good quality of used cars on their lots and also new Cadillac and Subaru there. they do good job on the oils change and wash the car !
I was sold a used car that had some marks/dings on the side as well as a chipped windshield. The salesman Tom Robke told me and my son he would have them look at it and take care of it. We'll all they did was half ass it and wont fixed it right. So don't go to this dealer if you expect them to honor their word! This is my first time I've purchased a car here. And I'll never be back. Don't waste your money!
