Had to call them FOUR times to request an emergency prescription refill because they kept sending it to the wrong pharmacy - not good. Three days have passed since the first call and I am now out of medication - and I am supposed to go out of town tomorrow. This is unaccepatble. Cannot recommend them at this point, at all...
Had to come here for the rabies vaccines, the county has a contract with them. First time I came, they didn’t have the shot. They erroneously told me to go to RGH emergency for it… went there, they were confused and called Monroe county who said no, the shot wouldn’t be covered by the county if given there. So then had to call Wilson everyday for 3 days until they finally had a supply. Filthy building, outdated everything. Dr dismissing everything meds interactions and just doesn't care
Worst PCP I have ever had in my entire life! The nurses are nice , but the providers rush you in And out. They NEVER showed true concern for my worries and concerns. They were not sympathetic or even kind to me . My Doctor also NEVER put refills on my antidepressant that I’ve been on for over THREE years!
