Called the office, the staff was rude. Someone in the background was laughing and talking so loud I had to repeat myself 3 times before the person could hear why I was calling. After she finally heard me asking if they were accepting new patients she said "you can call back later this year and ask". Guess chiropractic care can wait 6 months for an opening? Definitely will be going somewhere else. I heard the staff wasn't the best here, but tried giving them the benefit of doubt, but I was wrong.
My first experience at Dr Vincent's was amazing. Normally I would go and get myself adjusted few times a year and even once a month but since I moved to Camden in the beginning of the year I had to go only once. Since the visit my lower back and hips have been feeling so good! I am very active in Crossfit and weight lifting and sometimes the wear and tear takes toll.
