Dr. Hung gave my son a great deal of time, and answered all of our questions. We never felt rushed, and he seemed incredibly knowledgeable and interested in my son's symptoms, and was trying to rule out certain things. He made an accurate diagnosis of one issue, and ordered additional testing with another Dr. at HSS. His office manager was also very helpful.
DrHung is a obviously a caring and kind human being that immediately gave me confidence on our first meeting. My residual nerve pain from recent spinal surgery needed to be addressed. He started with oral medication and then evaluated that epidurals would be necessary after a MRI. Working with my surgeons office he expedited my procedure and was able to evaluate what was needed. I have been a patient of Dr. Hung's for several months. He has been a wonderful doctor helping me through my back issues. Always reassuring and a calming presence. Professional at all times and compassionate. He has a great support team as well.
I have nothing but high praise for Dr. Hung. He is professional, kind, approachable, detailed and takes time to discuss your medical problems and the recommended procedures. And his assistant Bernadette is a delight and well informed. They make a great team!
after my back surgery in March of 2018 I still had substantial residual pain. Dr Hung and his staff were able to identify the cause and provide a successful treatment program that eliminated the pain. It is important to note that they did so with genuine human care and concern for me as a person that made the process as pleasant and comfortable as possible.
