He repaired my shoulder, which was in the state of 'cottage cheese.' Torn and separated infraspinatus, supraspinatus, labrum tear and subacromial bone spurs. 4 months post op i was fully recovered and doing handstand pushups again. I had zero complications with Dr. Bylak and he was very receptive to my issues and goals.
He first repaired my shoulder then years later my hand. I recommend him.

Dr. Bylak was very thorough and did not rush through my appointment. I saw him for knee pain. He discussed all options for treatment and did not mind repeating and explaining when I asked or did not understand. I was very happy that I was referred to him, since my former physician had retired. My wait time was long, but I attributed that to his care in understanding and thoroughly examining and explaining things as I saw him do with me.
He's so easy to talk to and takes time to explain things and gets you whatever you need done!! Not crazy about his assistant, she kind of acts like she's better or unconcerned! I called her once about my surgery and she snapped at me, like I shouldn't be bothering her!! She just does not go with Dr. Bylak's personality!
