Doctor himself seems good but that is absolutely the only semi positive thing I can say. I had a routine colonoscopy in 2022 other than the front desk that was ok experience. The hospital staff was very nice. April of 2023 I had a procedure scheduled. It had to be preapproved with insurance so they knew what insurance was gonna pay. They made me pay an additional $150 “because that’s how they do it” and I’ll get a refund if insurance pays it which they did. Took many calls and months to get refunded but that’s another story.... read more
I want to say thank you to Dr. Brunette and his staff for an awesome experience during my colonoscopy. They made me fill at ease explaining everything to me, making my short stay comfortable.
This is the worst place I've ever had to go to and get no help. How does a surgeon have so many rude and disrespectful women working for him. When you even call all they do is put you on hold and never get back to you. When you go to the office they gossip and are rude as hell. I asked my primary doctor to refer me to someone else.. This office is horrible and I wouldn't recommend no one go here at all.. I'll drive to Warner robins or Atlanta before I go here
Definitely would give him a ZERO ‼️ He saw me in the hospital and he was very rude and seemed like he didn’t care .
BEWARE! Had a horrible experience 7 yrs ago with this doctor AND his staff. BILLING STAFF ARE AWFUL! And the doc... He is so rude and his staff are too. Medically I won't discuss what went on but let's just say he didn't do what he was supposed to and then never even followed up on my condition. BEWARE THIS OFFICE!!
