There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question.
