Extremely disappointed with this dealership. Bought a 2022 Chevy Silverado in January out of a desperate situation where I needed a vehicle. Originally the sales process was good, however, it's now turned poor. A couple months after I purchased my check engine light came on. This was due to a factory recall, which should have been fixed before selling me the truck. Beware of over charging on shipping. $57.67 Scottsdale to Anchorage on a $129 dollar part weighting less than a pound. Pathetic.
I had the pleasure of working with salesman Brice Eastman, within hours was behind the wheel of my new chevy colorado, I'm impressed how quickly he was able to get this done. He is a gracious, well manured young man, of whom I'm sure his parents would be proud of. Bought a 2006 Buick with32K as is . They deleted EVAP codes that only occur w/ 1/2 tank gas & painted over big damage in drivers corner that came off after a wash/wax. Buyers beware...these guys are slime!

Service dept or service managers don't respond to emails. Once service advisors get your money, they don't want to know you anymore if there is a problem. Will never return there or refer anyone there & I know a lot of people in the service & collision industry.
Took our Silverado 2500 HD to Texan for an alignment. We have a n extended warranty thru Ally. They told us it needed tie rods and a few other front end parts and that our warranty only paid $130 an hour labor but Texan charged $210. We would have to pay the difference. We okayed that. They had an Ally inspector come and look at out truck. Texan told us he was coming to make sure the DEF sensor were in a certain range, as we had a check engine light on that indicted DEF tank and sensors were bad.
