Over priced. Spent the first 15 minutes of my first hearing getting lectured by the judge. The second hearing he scheduled another at the same time ,so we were a hour behind (which I was charged for). He would ask for the same papers that I had already given him.,which he never read. Charged me 150 dollars for a phone call that consisted of him asking me how my new years eve was. Legal Pro with a Sense of Humor – Joe did a great job for me. A friend recommended him, and we got along well. While the case was progressing he seemed always on top of things. He obviously knows his business, knows what can be done within the law and knows what strategy is likely to work with specific judges. I also appreciated his down to earth sense of humor. WHAT A NIGHTMARE! – I lost my lunch when i realized how much money I flushed wasting so much time and literally cars amounts worth of money. Very odd demeanor; like something else major is wrong (I'll leave it at that). Needed correcting constantly and his memory would manufacture things he believed he said that he didn't. Strange character, odd behavior and a big mistake for me. My day on court: I was so embarrassed! Stupidest mistake I made in decades, in my opinion.
