After an emergency csection in the midst of CoVid-19, my husband was forced to leave, and the nursing staff did not come in to help me, check on us, show me how to feed my baby or bring my baby to me for 3hrs. I was left alone in the bed, with no call bell still unable to move from surgery, while my baby was across the room crying. Unacceptable.
RecommendedI had a very scary early delivery with my son and these past couple days the Drs. and Nurses have been nothing but amazing. I honestly couldnt have asked for better help in this dangerous situation and I am so very thankful for what they have done.

My husband has been in Joseph Brant since early December and I can't say enough good about the care he's been given! I call his nurses my angels...because that's what they are..treating my husband with love and respect. Looking after someone with dementia, bedridden with a stroke is not an easy task but they do it every day. Also, the PSW's and cleaning staff are just amazing. With not being able to visit right now it's very difficult, but they make it so much easier by taking my frequent calls just to see how he's doing...a... read more
The nurses and doctors and any other staff members I have met have always treated us efficiently and professionally and with a warm sense of humour. I trust their judgement.
Mental Healthcare!!! The staff is very well directed and appropriate. Non Mental health issues are dealt with as such, rather than medicated.
Improve MRI readings. I suffered for over a year because of a poorly read image. Your people should see the same things a surgeon does
