I was satisfied with the initial appointment by Dr. Boyer. He listened to my concerns regarding my son and answered my questions. His billing department and office manager are the absolute worse to deal with. The office charged my insurance out of network even though I am in network with the office. They refuse to correct the mistake and continue to charge me even though me insurance company has contacted them multiple times. Dr. Boyer was WONDERFUL when my wife and I met with him. He was understanding, knowledgeable, honest but gentle with potentially difficult news, patient, and thorough in his explanations. So very glad to have been under his guidance.
Unprofessional and Snarky!! I visited this office in Hawthorne with a friend . I was in the waiting room and I overheard this provider discussing information with one of his coworkers . I was in the process of switching my child’s provider to him and I declined due to his actions. He’s a pediatric doctor . Why on earth is he so loud and rude , most of all he resembles a hobbit . I’m surprised children aren’t afraid of that man.
