I don’t even know where to begin. I will start with saying this is an instance where Google review needs a 0 stars option. I will also say that Dr. Betcher couldn’t have been less professional. Was he rude, as another reviewer put it? Absolutely. He was the epitome of rude and condescending. He interrupted me and spoke over me while asking me to explain why I was in the ER and why I hadn’t been to see a pulmonologist in so long.
