First haircut in 4 years, great customer service, very personable. I have difficult hair to work with, and they exceeded my expectations with the results. The only place in town I'll go.

I received the worst haircut I've had in my entire life at this place. They couldn't deliver on a simple request, even with a photo reference. On top of that, the staff were talking behind my back, and my barber took breaks during the haircut to look at the other guy's phone. It felt like my barber had never cut hair before. He awkwardly and unconfidently positioned my head while aggressively tugging at my hair, expecting resistance. I assume they're used to cutting children's hair, and that's about it. That's fair.
