Horrible doctor!! Left me with a big hole in my septum (septal perforation). He told me he can fix my problem and created even bigger one. Now I'm whistling while breathing through my nose, have weird smell in my nose, and the hole is getting larger. He didn't even mentioned it and a different doctors told me that it shouldn't have happened and there might be serious complications if left untreated such as nose bridge collapse. The manager Kathy was helpful and good in general.

Dr. Jacobs and his Practice Manager are excellent. Initially, I had done my research and was anxious about potential surgery. Dr. Jacobs answered all my questions. My surgery was safe, successful. The care received from Dr. Jacobs was phenomenal. I found both Dr. Jacobs and Kathy expert providers who are effective, efficient and dedicated. I felt very much held in their care. Everything from the actual procedures, billing, and follow up was attentive and thorough. After about a month post-op, my airflow improved greatly.
