If you want to work with somebody that gets you the most for your house and finds you the right house to replace it, Joe is your guy. He was able to sell our house $100k OVER asking and find/secure our new house, answering a million questions along the way. What I respect about Joe, is that he’s not afraid to tell me no. Joe is a fantastic real estate agent; he’s attentive, understanding of circumstance, and he shows up. It’s important, especially for a first time home buyer, because the reality of real estate is that there’s a lot of sheisty people with such a low barrier to entry. You’ll need someone who knows the buying process A-Z and has the right connects to help you not get shafted.
