Can’t speak highly enough about my experience in this building. The manager ally is so quick to respond to all our needs and genuinely makes the building feel like a community.
Terrible property management company, they make greystar look like a tenant friendly corporation. The building has no security, maintenance is a joke, it is a very noisy building, and dirty (there’s a reason they have air fresheners everywhere). This is a horrible company from the leasing staff, maintenance, to the administration office. If you move in here you will want to have an attorney on speed dial.
One of the worst rental experiences you will ever have. They dismantle parts of the units prior to viewing, which should tell you everything you need to know about thrive as a business. Save yourself a MAJOR headache, rent elsewhere. The employees will try and engage you in circular conversations, that try a blame you for their refusal to comply with WA state law.
