First one star rating of my life, so if you can avoid find something else once my kitchen vent went out - it took them a month to fix it - no kitchen vent in small space … then in october hvac went out - it didn’t get fixed till dec mid (it hasn’t been yet) - then I just decided to move … just random communications around next week, then next week, then next week and they still charged me hvac maintenance and hvac income part in utilities … (when it wasn’t even working) I asked them for some concession for the time I lived t... read more
