I lived here for 10 years There were a lot of ups & downs (mostly ups), but I think it's really only relevant to write about the most recent year. In around May of 2025 I found rotting floorboards & mold in a few areas of the unit & reported it to the staff. When I moved out in April 2026 the issue still wasn't resolved. The staff, Ally in particular (Jacob was a ghost during the process/in general) did a really poor job communicating what was happening / what the plan was. The only way I would ever recommend this complex to anyone is if they were my mortal enemies and I wanted them to suffer every single day of their lease. An entire floor didn't have any heat from Oct-Jan with minimal communication from management on the repair progress aside from some space heaters they provided for each unit. Which, by the way, are also a fire hazard. There were no concessions provided on rent after multiple attempts to communicate with management. I just moved to Seattle and I've toured over a dozen places trying to find the perfect place. I have to say the staff at this place really made all the difference. Jacob is the community manager, and he took extra time out of his busy day to make sure I had all my questions answered, make me feel really welcomed, and even helped me apply right there on the spot. Ally the assistant community manager at Joseph Arnold Lofts was absolutely awesome! Super friendly and approachable. Answered all of our questions in detail and with patience. I also want to mention that the community they have at Joseph Arnold Lofts is definitely one of the best I’ve seen in Seattle. The building, the units, the amenities, all give you the perfect PNW experience. And the best part, being there truly makes you feel at home.
